How much does it cost per month?
The monthly subscription is £10 for residents of Great Britain, €15 for residents of countries operating in the Euro Zone, US$15 for residents of The United States of America, and US$15 converted to local currency as per exchange rates at time of payment for residents of countries outside of these regions.

What are the shipping costs?
The monthly cost is inclusive of shipping costs, however please note that export duties are now applicable on goods shipped both within and outside of the European Union.
Shipments sent internationally are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are payable by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

When will I receive my socks?
Your first pair of socks will be shipped within a few working days of you confirming your subscription. Delivery date is dependent on the location of your shipping address. Monthly socks will be shipped on the 15th of every month, or the nearest working day afterwards if the 15th falls on a weekend. Delivery date is dependent on the location of your shipping address. All our beautiful GCN Club socks are dispatched from the UK so when they arrive will depend where you are in the world. If you’re outside Europe and haven’t received your socks a couple of weeks after the 15th of the month then just email us and we’ll look into it – email@example.com
When will my card be charged?
You will be charged for your first pair of socks when your subscription is confirmed. You will be charged for your monthly socks on the 10th of every month, or the nearest working day after if the 10th falls on a weekend.

How do I cancel?
Simply log into www.gcnclub.com, and update your details to cancel your subscription. You must cancel before midnight, GMT on the 8th of the month in order for your subscription termination to come into effect for the month in question, if you cancel on the after this time, payment will be deducted on the 10th and you will be sent your final pair of socks on the 15th of the month.
